1 medium head cauliflower

2 large garlic cloves, minced

2 pounds boneless sirloin roast, trimmed of the fat

1 red bell pepper, sliced thinly

3 T rice wine vinegar

½ tsp salt

Salt and Pepper, to taste

2 tsp sesame oil

¼ cup gluten free soy sauce

1 medium white onion, sliced thin

Garnish, Sliced Green Onions & Sesame Seeds
