In a cup combine the buttermilk and hot for cookie coffee creamer. Add the flour alternately with the creamer to the butter mixture. Stir until just combined. Divide the batter between the 12 holes. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of them. Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven, leave for 2-3 minutes before inverting the pan on a wire rack to cool completely. When cooled, sandwiched the cookies with a big scoop of ice cream!
