½ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

4 ounces mushrooms, roughly chopped

¼ cup sliced black olives, patted dry

½ cup diced onion

1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

1/3 cup sliced mini pepperoni

1½ cups pizza sauce, divided

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 (13.8-ounce) can refrigerated classic pizza crust (I used Pillsbury)

8 ounces sweet or spicy Italian sausage

3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly spray a 16-inch pizza pan with cooking spray. Set aside.In a medium-size skillet, heat a light drizzle of olive oil. Use a sharp knife to carefully cut into 16 equal portions.When cutting into portions, if the rolls come apart slightly, don't panic; rewrap and press together. Place side by side on the prepared pan, starting in the center of the pan and forming into a circle..
