Lemon juice – ½ tablespoon

Red pepper – ½ medium, chopped in cubes

Yellow pepper – ½ medium, chopped in cubes

Potatoes – 2 small, boiled and cubed

Chaat masala – 1 teaspoon

Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon

Black pepper powder – ½ teaspoon

Salt – to taste

Tamarind paste – ¼ tablespoon (If you are using concentrated tamarind pulp then reduce the amount)

Tomato Ketchup – 1 tablespoon
