1 cup Heart Smart Bisquick

1 can black beans, rinsed and drained

1 pinch cayenne pepper

6 slices low fat cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 cup cilantro, garnish

3 large egg white

1 ½ cups green pepper , chopped in small pieces

1 dash hot sauce

1 small jalapeno pepper , finely chopped

1 small lime, juiced

1 cup red onion, chopped in small pieces

1 cup light sour cream

2 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped

3 tablespoons water
