Heat oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6. Place the potatoes and peppers in a roasting tray, drizzle over 1 tbsp oil, then roast for 20 mins or until the edges are charred. Little Tommy was doing very badly in math. His parents had tried everything; tutors, flash cards, special learning centers, in short, everything they could think of.
