1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons miniature chocolate chips

3 tablespoons coconut oil

2 cups rice krispie cereal

1/4 cup honey

1 cup oat flour (oats ground up)

1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons peanut butter

3/4 cup peanut butter

1/8 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Microwave the mixture for 20 seconds and then stir until smooth. Microwave for 20 seconds and stir until smooth.Dip the bars into the peanut butter and coconut mixture and then transfer on to a plate and back in the fridge to allow the peanut butter coating to harden.Store the bars in the fridge.
