1 1/2 cups Evaporated Milk

9 inch Pie Crust Baked and Cooled

2 tablespoons Powdered Sugar

1/2 teaspoon Salt

2/3 cup Sugar

1 teaspoon Vanilla

Fresh Whipped Cream Topping

3/4 cup Chilled Whipping Cream

1 1/2 cups Whole Milk

Mix in a 2 quart sauce pan sugar, cornstarch, salt, evaporated milk and whole milk. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils for 1 minute. Remove from heat slowly pour half of the hot mixture in to eggs and stir until that mixture is completely incorporated.
