1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar (or 1 tablespoon sugar mixed with 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon)

1 egg yolk

2 tablespoons 50g nutella

2 sheets puff pastry, semi-frozen

1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
