1/4 cup brown sugar, packed

1 cup dark chocolate chips, plus extra for 1/2 cup for sprinkling on top

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 tsp. lemon juice

1/4 cup olive oil

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

3/4 cup water

1 cup whole wheat flour (or all-purpose flour)
