2 tablespoons Cumin

1 tablespoon Garlic Powder

1 Lime juiced

1 Mango Peeled and cubed

2 tablespoons Mustard powder

1/2 Large Onion peeled and diced

1 tablespoon Onion Powder

4 6 oz pork chops

6 Scallions scallions thin sliced

1 Tomato seeded and cubed

2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
