5-6 medium over ripe bananas, mashed

2 1/2 cups bread flour

1 cup grapeseed oil

2 tsp. ground cinnamon

2 (3.4-ounce each) packages instant vanilla pudding mix

1 tsp. salt

1 1/4 cups sugar

2 tsp. vanilla extract

5 whole eggs, lightly beaten
