8 oz (250 g) beef tenderloin

1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

2 ½ Tbsps cooking oil

½ tsp cornstarch

1 clove garlic, minced

1 1 in (2.5 cm) piece fresh ginger, peeled and sliced

½ small green bell pepper, deseeded and cut into pieces

1 ½ tsps Maggi seasoning sauce

½ onion, cut into strips

1 tsp oyster sauce

½ small red bell pepper, deseeded and cut into pieces

1 tsp Chinese rice wine or sherry

Salt, to taste

½ tsp sesame oil

½ tsp dark soy sauce

½ tsps soy sauce

½ tsp sugar

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
