2 cups fresh cranberries, rinsed

1/4 cup flour

1/4 cup white granulated sugar

1 Tbsp honey

1 mandarin orange, zest & juice (can substitute a small lemon or half of a regular orange)

1 1/4 cups oats

1/8 tsp salt

6 Tbsp butter, unsalted, room temperature
