1 1/4 cup Brown Sugar

1 cup Butter, Room Temprature

3/4 cup Natural Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

3/4 cup Granulated Sugar

1 1/4 cup Mint Baking Chips

1 teaspoon Sea Salt

1 1/4 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

1 tablespoon Pure Vanilla Extract

2 whole Eggs

2 cups All-Pupose or Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
