1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1 teaspoon chocolate extract, optional, I don't use most of the times

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1/3 cup dark chocolate chips, melted

2 eggs

2 tablespoons heavy cream

1 cup low-fat milk plus 2 tablespoons

2 tablespoons olive oil

2-3 tablespoons home made sprinkles

1/2 cup sugar, 3/4 cup if you are not going to frost them

2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
