1 hershey milk chocolate bar, coarsely broken (1.5 ounces)

1 cup miniature marshmallows

20 oreos, divided

1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

14 1/2 fluid ounces sweetened condensed milk, (1 can)

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
